After Footwear process finish to write their project and related KPI's (Strategic, Tactic and Operationnal) to monitor it, it is time now to aligne the contributions/actins of all the teams of the process to the project.
Teams are working on the actions and KPI to follow in order to ensure this alignement
Today with Quality team we did a 2 hours workshop related to the CIPT competency
We learn difference btw result indicators and piloting indicators
We found the Operatonnal KPI's (highlithing problems, allowing to act and monitor the performance), to be debriefed during Stand up meeting
