5S


一.5S 是什么?What is 5S?


在各个工厂里,5S是用来维持环境品质的一种技术。所谓5S,是指整理,整顿,清扫,清洁,素养,取其日本语拼音的第一个字母构成5S,其目的是使企业的“多余”表面化,然后将其一扫而净,它是企业生存的关键。


In every factory, 5S is a technology used to maintain environmental quality.

The so-called 5S refers to the Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke.

The first letter of the Japanese pinyin is taken to constitute 5S, which is aimed at making the "redundant" of the enterprise superficial and then sweeping it clean. It is the key to the survival of the enterprise.


二. 5S的定义做法和目的 Definition of 5S practice and purpose


整理:

定义:区分要用和不要用的东西,不要用的东西清理掉

做法:1.“需要”和“不需要”的判别基准

2. 清除不需要物品

3. 调查需要物品的使用频度,决定日常用量

4. 制定废弃物处理方法

5. 每日自我检查

目的:把“空间”腾出来灵活利用


Seiri:

Definition: Distinguish between things to use and things not to use, and get rid of things not to use

Practice : 1. Discriminating benchmark of "need" and "don't need"

2. Remove unnecessary items

3. Investigate the usage frequency of the required items and determine the daily dosage

4. Develop waste disposal methods

5. Self-check daily

Purpose: To free up "space" for flexible use



整顿:

定义:要用的东西按照规定,定位定量的摆放整齐,明确的标识

做法:1.要落实前一步整理的工作

2.布置流程,确定置放场所

3.规定放置方法

4.划线定位

5.标识场所物品(目视管理的重点)


目的:所有物品摆放整齐,有标识,不用浪费“时间”找东西


Seiton

Definition: To use things in accordance with the provisions, positioning quantitative neatly placed, clear identification

Practice 1. To implement the work of the previous step

2. Arrange the process and determine the place of storage

3. Specify placement methods

4. Line positioning

5. Labeling of articles in the site (the key point of visual management)

Purpose: All items are well organized and marked, so you don't have to waste "time" looking for thing



清扫:

定义:清除职场内的脏污,并防止污染的发生

做法:1.建立清扫责任区(室内外)

2.执行例行清除,清理脏污

3.调查污染源,予以杜绝

4.建立清扫基准,作为规范

目的:清除“脏污”,保持职场内干干净净,明明亮亮


Seiso

Definition: To remove and prevent contamination from the workplace

Practice 1. Establish cleaning responsibility area (indoor and outdoor)

2. Perform routine cleaning and clean up the dirt

3. Investigate the pollution sources and put an end to them

4. Establish cleaning standards as specifications

Purpose: To clean up the "dirt" and keep the workplace clean and bright



清洁

定义:将前3S实施的做法制度化,规范化,并贯彻执行以及维持成果

做法:1. 落实前3S的工作

2. 制定目视管理,颜色管理基准

3. 制定稽核方法

4. 维持5S意识

5. 高级主管经常带头巡查,带动重视

目的:通过制度化来维持成果,并显现“异常”之所在


Seiketsu

Definition: Institutionalize, standardize, follow through and maintain the results of the first 3S implementation

How to do 1. Implement the work of the first 3S

2. Develop visual management and color management benchmarks

3. Develop audit methods

4. Maintain 5S awareness

5. Senior managers often take the lead in inspection to promote attention

Purpose: To maintain results through institutionalization and to show where the "anomaly" is.




素养:

定义:人人依照规定行事,养成好习惯

做法:1. 继续推动前4S至习惯化

2. 制定共同遵守的有关规定规则

3. 制定礼仪守则

4.教育训练(新进人员加强)

5. 推动各种精神提升活动(早会,礼貌运动等)

目的:提升全员的素质,养成工作规范认真的习惯


Shitsuke.

Definition: Everyone should follow the rules and form good habits

Practice: 1. Continue to promote the former 4S to habituation

2. Formulate relevant rules and regulations to be observed by both parties

3. Make etiquette rules

4. Education and training (for newcomers)

5. Promote various spiritual activities (morning meeting, courtesy exercise, etc.)

Purpose: To improve the quality of all staff and develop the habit of working in a standardized and serious way
