In order to accelerate continuous Improvement across all touch points of DSI Production specifically with regards to our 8 Partner factories. The CI team of India Production Organized its 1st Partner Exchange Event in collaboration with Intimate Fashions, a Partner Supplier
Event Date: 7th August 2020
Objective: To Share, Learn and Grow Together as Mutual Benefits of Opex
Sense: Digital Event for Partners to Inspire at the Strategic level.
Agenda: CI Good practices, Automation, Virtual factory tour and Open discussions.
Total 95 Participants joined in Zoom meeting.

It helps CI relay to know the real pulse of the Opex Deployment issues on respective Partner suppliers.
